Frequently Asked Questions

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, The Princess Network accepts all major credit cards, as well as PayPal and ApplePay.

What countries do you ship to?

The Princess Network currently ships to the United States only.

When will my order ship?

Currently, The Princess Network ships items out on Tuesdays and Fridays. Any orders placed between these times will ship out on the following shipping day.

Whom do you use to ship?

In most cases, we use USPS for smaller orders (under 3 lbs) and FedEx for larger orders (3lbs and up).

Do you provide invoices for my order?

Customers will always receive an Order Confirmation email which includes the order details, such as the items purchased, subtotal and final total, and the method of shipping that was selected during check out.

How can I track my order?

Upon shipment, the tracking information for each purchase will be sent to the email address used to place the order.

What if my order is lost in transit?

If your order has not arrived by the provided Delivery Date, please use the Contact Us Page, or email us at so that we may assist you right away!

Do you charge restocking fees for Return Packages?

The Princess Network does not charge any restocking fees for returns of unopened and unused merchandise that is returned within 30 days of delivery. For further information regarding returns, please visit our Return Policy.

What if I want an item that is out of stock?

Although we cannot guarantee restocking dates, we would be glad to add you to our waiting list for any product that is not currently in stock. Upon receiving a new shipment of that item, you will be personally notified by a member of our team.

Can I customize an item?

The Princess Network does not currently offer product customization. However, if you have an idea or suggestion, please contact us directly and we would be glad to accept your feedback!

How do I place a wholesale order?

I have question/concern about my order. How do I get in touch?

We are here to help! Please simply email us at so that we may assist you right away. We answer all emails within 48 hours.

Returns and Refunds

  • If there is a problem with your order, please reach out to us through our Contact Us Page before sending your return package so that we may assist you right away.

  • We will gladly accept returns of unopened/unused merchandise within 30 days of the delivery of your order.

  • Customer is responsible for shipping costs of the original order. We recommend obtaining the tracking information for your returned package. The Princess Network is not responsible for lost return packages.

  • All return packages must include your full name and order number in order to identify the account for the return.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We process returns and refunds within two business days of receiving the return package to our facility.

  • All refunds are issued to the original method of payment. To protect our customers against fraud, we are unable to issue refunds to alternate methods of payment.
